HostNowStore writes draft shop policies from your answers and counts dates under the FTC’s Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule. It is provided as is.

HostNowStore is not a law firm and gives no legal advice. The policies are drafts built from your own answers; you decide what your shop promises and you are responsible for what you publish and send. The dates follow the FTC’s published business guide to the rule as we read it; state and local laws, marketplace rules and card-network rules can add duties of their own. If your situation is unusual, ask a lawyer.

No affiliation

HostNowStore is not connected with, or endorsed by, the Federal Trade Commission or any government agency, carrier, marketplace or shop platform. Carrier names appear only because you pick them for your own policy. Despite the name, HostNowStore sells no web hosting, no shop platform and no payment processing.

Shop Pass

The Shop Pass is $1.95 a month or $19.50 a year and renews until you cancel. Cancelling keeps paid time until it ends. During the preview no payment is taken and every Shop Pass feature is free.

Fair use

Do not try to overload the site, guess other people’s shelf links or scrape it heavily. The policies the site writes for you are yours to use in your shop. The site’s own text, design and code belong to WeldonPC.
